Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 per year, including competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, constant performer bonus, equity, auto allowance, generous time off policy, and 12 paid holidays.

Job Description

This role requires generating and managing high-volume and complex sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing repeat business, and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, sales skills, and the ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

The position involves creating and executing a sales strategy across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts, working closely with Field Application Scientists and other Parse team members. A deep understanding of the single cell market and Parse's products is crucial for success.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in biology/genomics or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or channel management experience, preferably in Next Generation Sequencing, genomics, or single cell analysis
  • Previous molecular biology lab experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (locally, nationally, and internationally as needed)
