About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at World Market Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors.
  • Analyze business trends and problem-solve business opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team that aligns with our company values.
  • Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and awareness.
  • Plan and execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager.
