Job Position:
Firm Lead Representative - Title IX Specialist

Job Summary:
Quality Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Title IX Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for maintaining control over work duties, schedules, and performance of designated employees and key team members. You will serve as the principal liaison between CUNY and the contractor for purposes of administration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain control over work duties, schedules, and performance of designated employees and key team members.
  • Serve as principal liaison between CUNY and contractor for purposes of administration of the contract.
  • Be employed by the contractor and have full decision-making authority on behalf of the contractor.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
A master's degree or higher in law, education, human resources, or a related field is typically preferred.

Title IX Training:
Completion of specific Title IX training programs or certifications is highly beneficial.

Professional Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in Title IX compliance, legal affairs, or related fields, with a proven track record in handling Title IX investigations and compliance matters.

Leadership Experience:

Experience in a leadership or management role within a Title IX office, compliance department, or legal setting is important for overseeing and guiding teams.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Title IX regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as related federal and state laws.
  • Expertise in conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct, including the ability to manage complex and sensitive cases.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and revising policies and procedures related to Title IX compliance.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs for staff, students, and other stakeholders on Title IX issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including administrators, students, and legal representatives.
