Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements, such as FDA and OSHA.
