Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Centroplan USA. This dynamic role will provide essential support to our CEO and contribute to sales efforts, ensuring efficiency and a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Assist the sales team with client communications, follow-ups, and proposal preparation, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage and update customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software (Salesforce), maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for the management team, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing marketing documents and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Process invoices, prepare paperwork, and support administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for CRM, reporting, and data management, with a strong understanding of its capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently, making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
