About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled hospitalist physician to join our team at Sound Physicians. As a hospitalist medical director, you will be responsible for leading our team of physicians and advanced practice providers in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in providing patient care
  • Collaborate with hospital committees to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and geographic rounding
  • Engage in rapid response and code team activities
  • Contribute to the development of our hospitalist team and practice

Requirements:

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine
  • Experience in hospital medicine or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
