Competitive Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary starting at $19/hour for non-RBTs, with an average total compensation package of $47,500 annually. Your Role as a BT
As a BT at UNIFI, you will be responsible for providing patient-specific programming as directed by supervising clinicians. You will work closely with the patient's entire UNIFI team to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. Your professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills will enable you to excel in this role and make a lasting impact in the lives of our patients.
