Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at UNIFI Autism Care. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care to children with autism.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, with an average annual total compensation of $52,500.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities as an RBT will include:
- Implementing patient-specific programming as prescribed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- FOLLOWING BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION PLANS, INCLUDING SAFETY PROCEDURES
- Collecting data and completing necessary paperwork and billing
- Administering patient medications when needed
- Attending and participating in scheduled meetings and training
- Working professionally and collaboratively with the patient's entire UNIFI team
- Maintaining patient confidentiality according to UNIFI and HIPAA guidelines
- Ensuring patient safety and contributing to a positive work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification (UNIFI will help you obtain certification if needed)
- Satisfactory background check
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active auto coverage
- CPR certification (paid for by UNIFI)
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, stoop, and sit on the floor
