Autism Care Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at UNIFI Autism Care. As an integral part of our clinical leadership team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and lead others in providing exceptional care to children with autism.

Your Role:
As a BCBA at UNIFI Autism Care, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also work closely with our Programming BCBAs to ensure effective protocol modification and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train RBTs to provide high-quality patient care
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Work closely with Programming BCBAs to ensure effective protocol modification and treatment plan development
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, you should be proficient in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition strategies and behavior reduction strategies.
What We Offer:
We offer a highly competitive salary starting at $86,000 annually, with a total compensation package averaging $97,000.
