About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Supportive Community Innovations. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism and developmental differences achieve their full potential.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct support and coaching to clients in various settings, including client homes and community spaces.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with families.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to supervisors and family members.
Requirements
">- A high school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting clients.
- Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary range for this position is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and profit-sharing opportunities.
