We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be part of our inaugural sales team focused on promoting ECP's Clinical, CRM, and Billing solutions to our existing clientele. As we have reached a stage where the potential for growth surpasses the capacity of our current teams, we require an individual with a background in sales, preferably within a SaaS context. Experience in the senior living industry is advantageous.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
  • Assess sales leads to promote ECP's Clinical, CRM, and Billing solutions to current customers.
  • Facilitate the discovery process with prospects to articulate value and identify challenges.
  • Develop customized product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of ECP's offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and prepare sales contracts.
  • Oversee the transition process for clients acquiring or selling new communities.
  • Maintain internal databases with up-to-date account information.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve sales-related documentation, including contracts.
  • Design and renew sales proposals.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Conduct research on potential clients.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless pre-and post-sales support.
  • Relay customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis.
  • Establish new sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a comparable role.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Background in technology sales is a plus.
  • Experience in the Senior Living sector is a plus.
