Job Summary

As a Frontline Member Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary goal will be to assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions
  • Locate merchandise and ensure it is available for members
  • Resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote Sam's products and services to members
  • Assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
