The Client Support Representative will engage with company drivers to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a superior level of assistance.

Working Hours:

12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Monday to Friday

Supervisory Duties:
  • None
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with drivers through various channels to provide support and information regarding any concerns or issues once dispatched for delivery.
  • Takes appropriate actions to address driver concerns effectively.
  • Maintains comprehensive records of all interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Utilizes knowledge of specific issues, service requirements, or other areas of expertise to respond to inquiries or direct them to the relevant personnel.
  • Performs additional related tasks as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused and capable of resolving driver-related issues.
  • Competent computer skills with the capacity to learn new software applications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Compensation:

$55,000.00 to $57,000.00 annually
