Client Service Representative

At Compeer Financial, we're seeking a collaborative and innovative professional to join our Top Workplace culture as a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Support various loan servicing programs, including transaction analysis, documentation, and portfolio servicing.
- Act as an Office Ambassador, responsible for tasks that support the efficient operation of the office, such as mail processing, ordering office supplies, and coordinating meals for onsite meetings.
- Accurately process receipts, disbursements, and maintenance to client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and track the compilation of documents needed for transactions, submitting information to the appropriate team member or department.
- Scan and index documents into the archival system, maintaining a secure and organized digital record.
- Assist financial officers in determining appropriate client products and delivery tools, providing expert guidance and support.
- High school diploma or GED; secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years of client service/office administration experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills, including MS Office applications and other systems needed to perform functions of the role.
- Mathematical skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
- Preferred general knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
