About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skin Health Advisor to join our L Oreal Dermatological Beauty team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the dermatology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve sales targets and share of recommendation goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and office staff to establish trust and credibility.
  • Educate dermatologists and staff on our priority product portfolio and leverage samples to drive high share of recommendations to patients.
  • Manage a minimum of 45 dermatology healthcare professional calls per week, with an average of 9 physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner calls.
  • Create and implement optimal field routing to achieve 90% reach to 175 targets.
  • Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic strategies and goals, and present action plans to the Regional Director.
  • Coordinate special events such as speaker programs, lunches, or dinners to educate and inform dermatologists about products and clinical studies.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in medical or pharmaceuticals.
  • Must live within the territory's boundaries.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Strong technical/clinical aptitude and analytical/business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet unexpected needs effectively.
  • Strong computer, CRM, and software skills, including Excel.
  • A valid, clean driver's license is required.
  • Ability to travel 30% or greater with overnight stays, including tradeshows and company meetings as needed.
