We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Technical Analyst LMS Administration. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing support for SEPTA's deployment of SAP SuccessFactors HR Suite, ensuring the smooth operation of the system and providing exceptional service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with end users to resolve issues encountered in the LMS and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver course content via the LMS
- Develop and revise supporting job aids, videos, and other supplemental tools for LMS end users and administrators
- Design and implement assessments to measure understanding of training content
- Analyze and interpret data to identify current and future training needs that maximize employee development
- Provide subject matter expertise on administrative, transactional processes, data automation, project management support, and data analysis
- Develop and maintain reports and queries using reporting tools
- Collaborate with HR Functional Partners and divisional coordinators on assigned projects and data integrity processing
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience working in a Human Resources or Information Technology environment, including working on a HRIS system integration project implementation or upgrade
- Proven abilities with process design, process improvement, data analytics, and maintenance of confidential information
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to utilize pivot tables, data tables, lookup functions, and logical references
- Ability to develop data outputs (reports, graphs, tables, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration
