About the PositionThe Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions. This role involves making routine sales calls to solicit loan volume and maintain a robust pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale/correspondent customer base
- Make routine sales calls to solicit loan volume and maintain a robust pipeline
- Ensure successful onboarding of new business relationships
- Obtain all required loan documents and financial statements from prospective brokers, banks, and credit unions
- Work closely with processing and underwriting to ensure fast turnaround time and quality of underwriting of customers' loans
- Work closely with mortgage closers to ensure smooth, accurate, and high-quality loan closings
- Knowledge of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Knowledge of mortgage loan regulatory requirements, residential products, and functions
- Desire to maximize personal productivity through attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability to achieve personal business plan goals
- Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge, influencing, and interpersonal skills through continuing educational opportunities
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
