About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail E-Commerce Manager to join our team at The National WWII Museum. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with the company's goals to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the functionality, design, and user experience of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Manage the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and ensure all information is accurate and consistent.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department for retail and non-retail generated print and digital publications.
  • Suggest ways to improve overall sales and profits.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying and developing products that could have significant impact on ecommerce revenue.
  • Work with the Assistant Director of Museum Stores to ensure a seamless interaction between store and e-commerce operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED or comparable work history.
  • Able to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills and abilities.
  • Must have knowledge of, or be able to learn, the Counterpoint and e-commerce hosting platform (Big Commerce) to ensure data and inventory integrity on all items is maintained.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
