  • Over 9-10 Americans aged 60 and above lack a retirement income strategy.
  • Long Term Care is becoming increasingly essential in a client's financial plan as care costs continue to escalate.
  • We advocate for life insurance as a crucial risk management tool within our comprehensive planning approach. Many individuals are only aware of life insurance as a means for beneficiary death benefits and wealth transfer, while we emphasize its potential as a tax-free growth asset.
  • As life expectancy increases, many retirement portfolios are not adequately prepared for inflation and the need for sustainable income. We offer a variety of fixed products and income solutions to assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations.
Compensation:

Projected earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000 based on performance.

  • Engage with new and prospective clients to understand their priorities and financial situations, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions that align with their unique needs. We prefer to be seen as consultants and educators rather than traditional salespeople, emphasizing community involvement and personal passions.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maintain and grow a loyal customer base. Our focus is on nurturing long-term relationships with clients throughout their financial journeys.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and client records to track progress toward monthly goals. We utilize SalesForce as our CRM system, and our management team will provide training to ensure effective use of these tools.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to meet all compliance requirements, and oversee insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction. We prioritize keeping our advisors updated on key industry developments through regular meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop customized risk management strategies that align with clients' risk profiles. Our process involves gathering client information and collaborating with our team of professionals to create tailored portfolios.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or a four-year college degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous sales or business experience is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and competitive spirit.
  • Genuine desire to assist others.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses for selling financial products.
  • Must reside in the state of Colorado.

Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are advantageous.
