We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Post Event Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Post Event Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning functions while the arena/stadium is empty, ensuring all areas are event-ready.
  • Ensure the stadium/arena and surrounding areas are always clean and free of debris.
  • Keep toilets and bathrooms up to cleaning standards and always set for the next event.
  • Report any general maintenance issues or damages to line manager immediately.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Attention to time management is crucial to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed promptly before and after events.
  • Stadium/Arena cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls, removing rubbish.
Requirements
  • Flexible around working days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a large-scale cleaning team.
  • Work on own initiative.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning products.
