We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Construction professional to join our team at Re-Bath. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Constructability Champion: Identify potential challenges in the design phase and propose cost-effective and efficient solutions to ensure project success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Design Consultants and Installation teams to define project scopes that meet client expectations, and effectively communicate with customers to address concerns.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Order materials after reviewing contracts, and engage with procurement and management for materials and equipment.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with production leadership to coordinate installation schedules dependent upon Installer skills and project scope.
  • Permitting and Inspections: Work with in-house Permitting Coordinator as needed to arrange inspections with local building departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction (kitchen and bath preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and constructability principles
  • Ability to analyze existing conditions as it relates to scope of work
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
