Job Title: Mitigation Project Manager - Restoration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our Restoration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with IICRC standards and guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project parties, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely, and effective.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Continually monitor and review project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating.
  • IICRC Certification.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other project parties.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant IT tools.
  • A valid driver's license.
