We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Enablement Specialist to support our independent dealer network with growing dealer sales, supporting dealer marketing efforts and business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all communication with Premier Dealer accounts.
- Builds and maintains positive, long-lasting dealer relationships.
- Advances the sales goals of Premier Dealers by ensuring adherence to our sales and marketing programs.
- Develops dealership growth plans and supports execution strategies.
- Assists with marketing planning and evaluation.
- Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing functions.
- Provides coaching strategy, tools and templates to maximize sales performance with dealership staff.
- Visits Premier Dealer sites to verify Program compliance.
- Monitors marketing and sales activity of individual accounts to ensure compliance with contract obligations and corporate growth objectives.
- Tracks account performance based on yearly purchase agreement.
- Resolves complaints and conflicts by working collaboratively with Customer Care and Premier Dealer Manager.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Sales or Account Management role.
- Excellent communication, organization and mathematical skills.
- Computer literacy required, preferred Microsoft Suite and CRM experience.
- Collaborative team player.
- Open to domestic travel up to 20% annually.
