About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our dynamic clinical services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Crafting evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentoring aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
  • Setting the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
  • Protecting patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  • Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
