About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and development of our expanding healthcare company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and behavioral differences, utilizing your compassion, patience, and problem-solving skills to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
  • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Requirements
  • Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  • Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
