Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus commissions on top. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short-term & long-term disability, and life insurance options. Our employees also enjoy company-paid holidays, floating holiday, and paid time off (PTO).

Job Description

The Commercial Sales Advisor will be responsible for designing, presenting, and selling our award-winning security and automation solutions to potential customers through lead-generating and prospecting activities using company-provided tools. This role requires strong communication skills, professional credibility, and the ability to influence sales leaders and professionals. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of outside sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Effectively communicate CPI Security's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
  • Self-generate customer connection opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
