Procurement Specialist

Russell Tobin is seeking a skilled Contract Procurement Analyst to support their team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract review for small to medium-sized contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business partners and the legal team
- Negotiate with vendors to finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Guide internal stakeholders in following procurement processes and policy compliance
- Support new vendor onboarding and low-dollar sourcing for projects under $250K
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing/indirect procurement experience
- Excellent communication and responsiveness, with frequent use of Slack and other chat tools
- Proactive and flexible to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Eagerness to quickly learn and drive project ownership
- Category specialist with experience in IT software (SaaS) category
