About the Role
United Digestive is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Endoscopy Center in Lithonia, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Registered Nurse Manager to plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality control checks on equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor linen delivery and pickup.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in GI endoscopy.
• Current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle stressful situations.

Earning Potential:
This role offers an estimated annual salary of $83,600 - $113,200, based on industry standards and location. Your compensation package will include a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
