We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a Nursing Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our clinical teams to deliver high-quality results.

**Job Summary**

This role involves coordinating daily operations on a clinical unit, supervising staff, and facilitating communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in caring for patients and a sound understanding of patient populations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plans, coordinates, and directs daily operations on a clinical unit
  • Supervises staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators
  • Learns from colleagues through example and demonstrates expert communication skills
  • Evaluates the use of resources and cost containment activities
  • Learns and coordinates team behavior between staff members and fosters leadership development in others

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Two years' experience as an RN with a minimum of two years' experience in the area of concentration
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Certification preferred, BLS required, ACLS may be required in designated departments

**Compensation**

The salary for this position is approximately $48.25-$55.55 per hour, depending on experience.
