Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Hire, train, and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the effective operation of our facilities.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee all maintenance and repair work, including ride inspections, water quality management, and building repairs.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Create and manage department budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an asset inventory list and develop a preventive maintenance program to prevent asset failures.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, facilities management) and at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
