About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
