Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Surgical Care Team at PSG Global Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Surgical Unit.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional health to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough examinations, gather relevant medical history, and interpret diagnostic results to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and consult with specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including diagnoses, treatments, and progress notes.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
- Current experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in surgery or critical care.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

- An attractive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
