Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Surgical Care Team at PSG Global Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Surgical Unit.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional health to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough examinations, gather relevant medical history, and interpret diagnostic results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and consult with specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including diagnoses, treatments, and progress notes.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
  • Current experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in surgery or critical care.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
