About the Role

Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Physiatrist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is designed to complement your existing practice, offering a flexible and rewarding opportunity to work with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist services, including EMGs and NCS, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries.
  • Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management.
  • Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to manage medically complex patients and expedite return to work and functional restoration.
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries.
  • Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Medical Malpractice Insurance that covers you while on site.
