Filenet Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Filenet Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global. As a Filenet Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our content management system, ensuring that our digital assets are properly stored, retrieved, and protected.

• Install, configure, and maintain Filenet Content Manager On Demand and Tivoli Storage Manager Design and Deployment architecture.
• Perform administrator tasks such as loading, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Create and configure Filenet objects, applications, and folders.
• Monitor and analyze issues in maintenance processes and provide design solutions to fix them.
• Coordinate with IBM to resolve issues with Filenet and its related products.
• Participate in meetings with IBM to discuss design considerations for Filenet, TSM, and DB2.
• Analyze new product IBM Filenet Records Manager used with CMOD for records retention management.

• Strong understanding of Filenet Content Manager On Demand and Tivoli Storage Manager Design and Deployment architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
