  • Develop and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quote (RFQs) to secure best-in-class suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of sourcing activities and results.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on sourcing activities and cost savings.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in eProcurement systems, Ariba Sourcing, and eAuction experience.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to drive cost savings and process improvements.
