Industrial Maintenance Specialist
FULL-TIME

Compensation: $27/hr, plus a $1250 new hire bonus, see details below

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery by conducting maintenance on all manufacturing, facility, and utility equipment.
  • Looking for a proactive, skilled, and committed individual.
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols is mandatory.
  • Maintain and complete all necessary documentation. Availability for overtime work is required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on industrial machinery (including extruders).
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance.
  • Mechanical responsibilities: diagnose and repair gearboxes. Replace bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys. MIG welding, stick welding, drilling, and tapping threaded holes are preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read mechanical schematics is essential.
  • Electrical responsibilities: diagnose and replace AC and DC drives, temperature control systems, start/stop electrical controls, troubleshoot PLCs, replace and wire three-phase motors, and repair electrical circuits. Proficiency in reading electrical, building, machine, and flow diagram schematics is required.
Schedule

Shift start: 8:00 PM

Shift length: 10 hours

Training schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM; full-time position will be Wednesday to Saturday, 8 PM - 6 AM

Experience in an industrial maintenance role is preferred.

Familiarity with fittings and thread types is essential.

$1250 New Hire Incentive

This bonus will be distributed in three separate installments (at 3 months, 9 months, and 1 year).
