Job Summary

The Parts Counter Sales Representative role at Doggett involves providing exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone customers with their heavy equipment parts and attachment needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in determining necessary parts for their John Deere and Non-Deere equipment.
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders until final invoicing is executed.
  • Review all open orders daily and communicate with customers on order status.
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of heavy equipment or automotive parts-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of CDK/Intellidealer system a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a requirement.

Working Conditions
The Parts Counter must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threats to self or others.
