Overview
Condux International Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000, plus bonus potential. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  2. Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Telecom/utility industry.
  • Experience working with independent sales agents.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
