As a locally owned and managed organization, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports the total well-being of our team members. Our salary range for this role is $85-$120 per hour (non-exempt), depending on your qualifications and experience.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for an MBA, MHA, or other related master's degree. You must have at least five years of experience in a progressively responsible leadership position within the healthcare industry, with three years in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and external partners. A proven track record of strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local bodies, including AAAHC, OSHA, CMS, DOPL, and other relevant accrediting and certifying agencies.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement the system's strategic plan, adapting to changing market and business needs.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality care and maintaining PMC's standards and programs.
- Prepare and manage capital and operational budgets, working closely with finance to achieve financial objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of contracted services and their scope and nature.
- Effectively allocate human resources to ensure quality care delivery in a cost-effective manner, working closely with HR leadership and other leaders to create a positive work environment.
- Ensure service excellence measures are met, focusing on safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, while fostering internal standards and policies.
- Collaborate with physician department leadership to enhance physician engagement and build positive working relationships with physicians.
- Support physician and APP recruitment efforts, partnering with relevant departments.
- Foster a culture of leadership development, providing coaching, succession planning, and development support to assigned teams.
- Communicate and present important operational information to leadership teams, caregiver groups, and other stakeholders.
