The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project completion. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the bid process and developing cost estimates for projects
- Coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project management
