Job Summary:

Webber is seeking a skilled Heavy Civil Crane Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a hydraulic telescoping boom type crane to hoist and move materials, raise and lower heavy weights, and perform other related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.

Requirements:

  • Less than a High School Diploma
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials

Working Conditions:

  • Outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions

Physical Activity Level:

  • Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature

Manual Dexterity:

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials
