Job Overview

CONTRACT | CRANE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR |

We are in search of a certified Crane Operations Supervisor to manage Crane & Rigging activities. This role involves overseeing multiple cranes as part of a significant construction initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be present on-site during all lifting operations.
  • Ensure that the work area is adequately prepared prior to the commencement of crane operations.
  • Confirm that all personnel involved are aware of their roles, responsibilities, and potential hazards.
  • Address any safety issues that arise and make decisions regarding the continuation of operations.
  • Designate qualified signal persons for crane operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations when working near power lines or involving personnel lifts.
  • Verify that load rigging is executed by competent riggers.
  • Implement necessary precautions for specialized lifting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Crane Operations Supervisor (NCCCO or equivalent)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification
  • Proficient in operating RT and Crawler cranes, with capacities up to 600T+
