As a Loss Control Consultant at National American Insurance Company, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to prevent losses.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate insureds' policies, procedures, and practices to identify loss exposures and recommend changes as needed.
* Obtain, review, and analyze loss runs on insureds prior to on-site visitations to identify causes and conditions responsible for losses.
* Make reservations and all necessary travel arrangements for visitations.
* Formulate reports from visitations of insureds for underwriting to evaluate insured for coverages.
* Review periodicals, magazines, trade journals, and other references to acquire current knowledge of changes and developments within industries of insureds.
* Compile information to assist in services or to present to insureds.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university and minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Insurance and Safety experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe).
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
