Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Representatives for our latest retail outlet. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, customer interaction, and embodying the spirit of Little Words Project. Retail Sales Representatives will narrate the LWP brand narrative, offer tailored suggestions, and address inquiries, ensuring each customer enjoys a seamless shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in-store crafting sessions, gatherings, and unique events
  • Present new merchandise to customers and suggest products tailored to their preferences
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products and store guidelines
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales area
  • Support inventory management and product displays on the sales floor
  • Perform operational duties including inventory management, visual merchandising, customer engagement, and performance metrics
  • Assist customers at the custom bracelet creation station by securing their designs
  • Complete in-store personalized orders by crafting bracelets and notifying customers upon completion
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Creative mindset, particularly regarding the crafting station and content creation
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to learning and promoting LWP's core values, including positivity and kindness
