Hooters of America, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere.
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards.
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet the needs of the business.
  • Assist the General Manager in selecting Front of House and Back of House employees.
  • Support the training and development of restaurant employees.
  • Manage the performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles.
  • Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a focus on customer service and business growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computations skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
