Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at The McGuire Group Inc. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and develop forecasting models to account for unknown information.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify and investigate variances from budget, and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • SQL and Reporting: Familiarize yourself with our EMR system and accounting system, and develop expertise in building and running reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager of Financial Reporting and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
