Fellowship Program 2024: Administrative Assistant

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Havas Health Inc. as a Fellowship Program 2024. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend department status meetings with the internal team, identified by the Operations Lead.
- Prepare meeting recaps and send them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist Resource Management with staffing allocations, billing reporting, and coordinating freelance talent.
- Assist in agency office operations, including new employee onboarding, client visit preparation, department events, and agency events.
- Support the Operations Lead and Operations Team by scheduling events and meetings, assisting with PowerPoint and Excel needs, and calendar management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of relevant business experience.
- Prior experience in administrative, office assistance, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
- The successful candidate should thrive in a procedural and methodical environment, be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a quality standard of work, and demonstrate strong proactive agility.
