Our Clinical Fellowship Program adheres to all ASHA and state standards necessary for acquiring the Certificate of Clinical Competence and the professional state license. The CPG Clinical Fellowship Program is designed to provide tailored support, enabling you to gain valuable experience, autonomy, and confidence as a burgeoning professional.

Your designated CPG CF Mentor will guide you through understanding procedural requirements and necessary documentation, offer insights into various therapeutic skills and methodologies, and address any site-specific concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete a total of thirty-six (36) weeks of supervised professional experience
  • Deliver speech and language services to clients
  • Conduct evaluations and provide differential diagnoses of Speech, Language, and Voice through both formal and informal assessments
  • Employ therapeutic devices and alternative methods to sustain or restore optimal speech and language capabilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid New York State Speech and Language Pathology License
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
