We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our team in Orlando.
Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Office Manager, the Assistant Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing employee and patient relations, and achieving operational goals.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills to drive office efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures to maintain a high-performing team.
- Maintain efficient operation of the office to achieve performance goals and ensure excellent patient satisfaction.
- Coach and resolve staff and patient issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
- A minimum of two years of experience managing a fast-paced dental office.
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and ability to navigate complex billing and claims processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to effectively communicate with diverse patient population.
- $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
