Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team in Orlando. As a key member of our operations team, you'll oversee the daily activities of our dental office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your strong leadership and team-building skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain efficient office operations
- Coach and develop staff to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to achieve operational objectives and improve patient satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dental office environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and regulatory requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
